Check-In: 14:00 hours.

Check-Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee Policy:

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel up to 24 hours before the arrival date to avoid charges.

No-Show Policy:

In case of a No-Show, one night’s stay will be charged.

Children Policy:

Children up to 9 years old are considered. Children 10 years and older will be charged as adults.

Pet Policy:

Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking Policy:

In the event that the Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted by the consumer with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel on its own behalf will find suitable alternatives to supply the contracted service, which are at least equal to or better than the benefits originally contracted.
