Privacy Notice

You have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose the processing of such data or revoke the consent you have granted us for this purpose, through a written request in Spanish, which must be submitted to the address of Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. as indicated at the beginning of this notice or sent by postal mail, with the corresponding postage paid to the aforementioned address. This request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition must contain and include the following: the name of the owner and address or other means to communicate the response to your request, documents proving the identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner, a clear and precise description of the personal data for which one of the aforementioned rights is sought to be exercised, and any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data, and include your name and handwritten signature. The deadline to respond to your request shall be a maximum of fifteen business days counted from the date of receipt of your request. Providers in this regard, your information may be shared with the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, for monthly company reports. If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for this purpose.

Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. may transfer the personal data in its databases to government institutions that request it, unless the respective owners expressly oppose it.

We reserve the right to modify this notice by notifying you through visible announcements in our lodging establishments and/or personally through our staff when you visit our facilities, without prejudice to also being able to use any other means provided by applicable law.

This privacy notice has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of articles 8, 10, 15, 16, 17, 33, 36 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

In accordance with the provisions of article 10, section IV of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the personal data requested by Operadora XVIII de Diciembre, S.A. de C.V. are intended to fulfill obligations derived from a legal relationship between the owner of such data (the guest), consisting of a lodging contract.
